The MRMPO is considering the adoption of the 2027-2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

The Middle Rogue Metropolitan Planning Organization (MRMPO) Policy Committee will hold public hearing beginning at 2:30 p.m., May 21, 2026, during the Policy Committee meeting at the Council Chambers Rogue River City Hall – see join in-person for address info. The hearing will address adoption of the 2027-2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) which reflects the investment priorities established in the current Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) covering a 4-year period from 2027 to 2030.

The TIP fulfills federal requirements (23 CFR Part 450) for a transportation improvement program in the Grants Pass urbanized area which includes Josephine Community Transit (JCT), Josephine County, portions of Jackson County and the cities of Grants Pass, Rogue River, and Gold Hill.

We are seeking public comments over the next thirty (30) days. Community members may submit their feedback using any of the following options:
